I found my tour for a lower price. How do I claim a refund?

Our Best-Price Guarantee means you get the best price when you book with us - and never pay more than the local price!

We want to give you the best rate. But remember our guarantee only applies to the same activity offered by the same local tour or activity organizer in the same currency.

Requesting a refund is simple. Contact us using our online form: https://www.getyourguide.com/contact​ and we’ll do the rest. In your message include:

- Your name and GetYourGuide booking reference number
- Proof of the lower price, such as a receipt, flyer, price list, link to another website.

Make sure it clearly shows the price, the title of the activity and the name of the local tour or activity company.

We’ll check the information and refund the credit card, PayPal account or bank account that made the original payment. Refunds are at GetYourGuide’s discretion.
