We understand plans can change. You can easily cancel your activity for a full refund up to 24 hours before it starts unless otherwise stated.
However, if you do not show up for the activity or fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will not receive a refund.
Note that some of our local organizers have different cancellation policies, as shown on the tour or activity page of our site. In these cases their cancellation conditions are valid rather than our GetYourGuide policy.
Some of our tours also offer a "self cancellation option" for registered GetYourGuide users. Simply click on the cancellation link in your confirmation email to cancel your booking.
